Flexkit

Flexkit is a straightforward stretching routine app built for people who want to move through a guided session without distractions.

Each session is broken into individual exercise cards, one pose at a time. A countdown timer runs for each step, and the app transitions automatically to the next pose when time is up. No skipping around, no configuration overhead — just follow along.

The flow covers a full-body stretch sequence with clear visual cues at each stage. A gentle haptic pulse signals transitions so you can keep your eyes on your form rather than the screen.

Everything runs offline. No account, no sync, no server. Your session history and preferences are stored locally on the device.

Settings let you adjust time format, date format, first day of week, and toggle haptic feedback. If you want to walk through the onboarding flow again, there is an option for that too.

The app includes a short onboarding sequence on first launch that walks through how sessions work. After that, it stays out of the way.
