Rytmiq

Rytmiq is a focused HIIT interval timer designed for high-intensity workouts. Create custom training sessions with adjustable work and rest periods, then let the app guide you through your routine with clear visual indicators and vibration alerts.

Set up your intervals in seconds or minutes, choose from preset templates, or build completely custom routines. The timer displays large, easy-to-read countdown numbers and progress indicators so you can stay focused on your workout without squinting at tiny displays.

During active sessions, the app provides gentle vibration feedback to signal phase transitions without disrupting your flow. The interface remains clean and distraction-free, showing only essential information: current phase, time remaining, and overall progress.

All your workout templates and session history are stored locally on your device. No accounts, no internet required, no data collection. Just open the app and start your next HIIT session immediately.

Perfect for bodyweight circuits, strength training intervals, tabata protocols, or any workout style that benefits from timed phases.
