About this app

Managing your health just got a lot easier! With one secure login, you can rebook, manage, and join virtual appointments from all your favourite Jane clinics, plus send and receive secure messages and files with your practitioners — all in one place.

Jane’s mobile app is a secure place for clients to manage appointments. If you’re a clinic owner or practitioner, this app isn’t for managing your business—Jane’s web version (Jane.app) is still the best place for you!

What can this app do?
- Connect any of your existing Jane clinics to one secure ID and login
- View all your upcoming appointment details at a glance
- Easily rebook, reschedule or cancel appointments—for yourself or a group
- Join secure online appointments (telehealth) from anywhere
- Send and receive secure messages and files with your clinic
- Save time logging in using your phone's biometrics (like Face ID)

This app is not a directory and does not allow you to browse or find new practitioners or new clinics. Instead, it’s designed for patients and clients who have already visited and/or have accounts with clinics using Jane.

If you’re already a patient or client of a clinic, practice, or studio (who uses Jane to run their business)—perfect! Just download the app, create a new login, start connecting your accounts, and book your next massage before you have time to reach for an ice pack.

If you have never created an account with a Jane clinic, you’ll need to do that first. Start by clicking the [Sign In or Sign Up] button on the clinics or practice website/online booking site, complete your intake form, then you’ll be able to add them in the app.
Manage, book, and join Jane appointments—all in one place.

I tried to configure the Mobile Jane app and ran into problems finding my clinic. I know it is in your database because I found it on the web version. I spoke with your technical support and was told that the ability to set up appointments was disabled, and my clinic verified that it was disabled. This is not acceptable. Basically, the only way one could use the app is to have this flag enabled. The clinic name should have nothing to do with setting appointments. This issue is blocking me.

Hi Dave, that sounds really frustrating, especially given the effort you put in. I want you to know your feedback has reached our team and the issue raised is something we're actively thinking through. We appreciate you taking the time to try out the app and share this with us

Had endless trouble with browser version but the app version had 0 issues. Good audio, good video. Tho I cant figure out why the camera seems to be zoomed in by a lot and I cant fix it.

So glad to hear the app came in clutch for you when the browser was giving you issues! 😄 That zoom is usually a camera setting on your device, not something in the app itself. It's worth checking your camera app's zoom or framing settings. If that doesn't clear it up, email support@jane.app with your device model and the team can help 🩵

Not Great. I'm trying to create an account. After filling out the first page I'm told to get the verification email which I did. Evey time I try and get back in using the code I've been sent it tells me 'invalid code' and starts the page again, sending me a new code to which it tells me every time 'invalid code.' So frustrating!

Hi Jennifer. Getting a fresh code each time and still seeing "invalid code" would test anyone's patience when all you want is to set up an account. The app is optional, so you can always book through your clinic's online booking page in a web browser. If you're up for it, you're welcome to reach out to support@jane.app for general troubleshooting.
