The app experience is frustrating. When I want to look something up, I am forced to wait for it to download the content for offline use. I don't think I've ever been in a situation where I don't have some sort of connectivity available. but I'm very frequently in a situation where I don't have 5-10 minutes to sit and wait for it to download before I can look anything up. so unfortunately this 'feature' precludes the app from being a quick handy mobile resource. please make the download skippable

I'm sorry you've had a frustrating experience. Once you have completed a full content download, you will not need to do one again as long as you use the app online at least once every 28 days. Topic updates will continue to happen in the background. The full download is only required if the app has not been used online in 28 days. Thank you, Jane

It's a great app, could be one of the best apps on EBM that I ever used, but lately it started to have many lags and became very slow to respond and navigate, I already tried updating it but still the same, so I hope you get it fixed soon
