The app is not working, and the heating belt is not connecting despite multiple attempts. We followed all the instructions provided in the manual, but the issue remains unresolved. This has been a very disappointing experience. I expected a much better product and user experience. 1 star rating, the same name app is working on iphone but not on Android

I got this to use with a back warmer/massager. This tries scanning for my massager, which is on, but doesn't find it. The bluetooth is turned on for android. No additional instructions in the app. Plus, they want access to your phone, media, etc. for no reason. Doesn't work, just want your stuff I guess.. cooool....

The app works perfectly fine. I just downloaded for my heating pad and got it easily to work with the app. Since the instructions are confusing, heres simple ones. Plug in heating pad to power bank and set it down, download this app, turn on phones bluetooth, open the app, accept permissions, then on bottom right of screen press devices (has a bluetooth symbol). Once i pressed that, it searched and within 2 seconds said connected. I tested massage first and it immediatly worked.
