Expensive to pay my rent. If you want to do it by etf transfer from your bank account you have to share your bank login credentials which is a bigger risk than the 3.5% they charge for using a credit or debit card. If set up autopay and your rent gets raised, it will automatically adjust and it won't make even the payment you authorized so it will automatically charge you a late fee because it doesn't give you a notice that the auto-pay was turned off.

it's not showing any record of the previous payments, just the general amount of what is due or overdue. When I filter invoices it shows nothing. The previous app, TenantCloud Pro, we used had a much more comprehensive history of prior payments and was easier to navigate.

Hi Brandon, TenantCloud Pro is intended for landlords. The Tenant app also provides a detailed payment and transaction history. If you're missing accounting history, it may be because your landlord hasn't shared the lease, or there's a login/connection issue. I like the convenience of the app to pay my rent but the fees are a little too much unless you can connect your bank which I can't because I have cashapp. Smh.
