The app is good when it works, but like all alrajhi services, sometimes they stop working without any reasons. Sometimes, login service becomes unavailable, and consequently, it removes the device from the linked account, which means you need to wait until the service is up again and re-add your account 😱 Update: Customer Service is the worst. Rget can't help by any means.

once money is transferred in, can't move it out when it says it should. When you try filling out the details, it says "service unavailable" App is full of bugs. Tried fixing the transfer issue and now I'm locked out account and can't access it anymore. Customer service also weren't helpful. Don't bother with this app.

The worst app, they block your account on transactions within your own account, saying it suspicious, ridiculous. and keep it blocked for weeks despite followups. hope there would be a negative rating option. it's 29 today, a week has gone by despite daily registering complains at the number provided by the developer for letting me get my amount back and close the account in this so unfortunate servicing app, but nothing constructive has happened.
