CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT TO ERASE
Use the built-in file explorer to select photos, videos, documents, downloads and folders. Delete private files you no longer need without choosing to reset your whole phone. Available targets depend on Android permissions and the storage your device allows the app to access.

WIPE UNUSED STORAGE
Already deleted sensitive files? An unused-space wipe writes temporary data into available storage, then removes it when the process finishes. This helps reduce accessible remnants of earlier files. It is a privacy function, not a storage booster: wiping empty space does not increase your phone's capacity.

ERASURE METHODS YOU CAN SELECT
iShredder offers different overwrite methods, including DoD 5220.22-M where available in your edition. Choose a single-pass or multi-pass process to suit your task. Review the selected method and target before starting. Processing time depends on the amount of storage and the number of passes.

APP SECURITY AND RECOGNITION
iShredder Android has undergone DEKRA MASA L1 assessment for app security, based on selected OWASP MASVS requirements. Separately, iShredder received the Fortress Cybersecurity Award 2025. The assessment concerns the security of the Android app; the award recognises iShredder as a cybersecurity product.

ERASURE REPORTS FOR YOUR RECORDS
Supported editions provide erasure reports to document completed operations. Keep a record for a device handover, an internal checklist or a business review. Reports describe the selected operation and support your documentation. Your organisation remains responsible for its wider compliance process.

CHOOSE THE FEATURES YOU NEED
Some functions require an in-app purchase or subscription. Additional erasure methods and reporting options vary by edition. Compare the included features, subscription period and renewal terms before purchasing. Choose the tools you need for personal files, occasional device handovers or recurring document-management tasks at work.

IMPORTANT FOR ANDROID STORAGE
Results depend on device encryption, flash storage, Android version and granted access. No app-level overwrite can guarantee erasure of every physical flash cell. Cloud backups and copies on other devices must be managed separately. Before selling or handing over a phone, also follow the manufacturer's account-removal and factory-reset instructions.
