I loved the idea of this app to find dog-friendly businesses(cafes, stores, etc.) in my city. However, the map really isn't working for me. The map settings are odd, and multiple businesses that I wanted to check out turned out to be permanently closed. There were also numerous businesses that I know to be dog-friendly, missing from the map. Aside from the map issues, the home page is full of products to buy, and it doesn't really feel like a 'community app'. Disappointed to say the least.

Thank you for the detailed feedback — we appreciate it. We’re constantly updating our maps worldwide, and we encourage users to suggest places via the “Suggest” button (bottom-right of the map) or by emailing support@dogpackapp.com. DogPack also offers many features for pet owners beyond the map, and we’re continuing to refine the experience. 🐾

Final Edit -- if your location doesn't load right, wait for a day or so, or log out and back in and see if it clears. Mine righted itself today, thankfully! The app is really useful. If it had not righted itself, it is AMAZING to know that help is available. Customer service is so important and the person who emailed me was polite and prompt! The app itself has multiple parks I didn't know existed! Excited to try them out!

Edit -- thank you for trying my suggestions. Really appreciate you getting back to me. If you'd like we can set up a screen share and it would really help me resolve the bug and fix it for all users it may be affecting. I'm available when you are, let's set up a time: jadepcorp@gmail.com

This app has nothing more than what you can find on Google in the way of dog friendly places. I downloaded thinking it would provide dog friendly places other than the obvious parks and dog parks, but I was wrong. Lodging, parks, and training are the easiest things to find when with a dog. Restaurants, sniffspots, public city locations, events, local meet-ups, all examples of things you need to call and ask if dog friendly. I don't see value in this app unless it provides more than u search for.

Hi, appreciate your review. One benefit of DogPack is that you can create a dog Profile and share your memories on the Feed. Then, if you Follow a Park, you can join the group chat and co-ordinate meet ups with locals. We try help find lost dogs by notifying all users nearby. We'll continue to improve and add valuable features soon. Thanks
