App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

I was disappointed to find out its limitations with my phone. Alexa does more. After I purchased both I found out that iPhone works better and does more with both. I find it strange that there are not many instructions on how to use. I just had to figure it out. I bought it so a quadraplegic could make voice calls. its not that simple unless everyone you want to call has the same device. there are people whose quality of life would great be improved.

the app will Not connect to my Google nest speaker after years of working fine. it shows up, and we'll even show it playing music, but once I click on the device it says not available and that we're not on the same wi-fi. there is only one Wi-Fi. I've tried factory resetting, I've tried clearing the cache, nothing will work. very frustrated because I used my nest daily.
