Just a few short years ago, this was my most favorite app. I had so many Bible studies saved, that I was doing, and I was gladly willing to pay the $7.99 per month because I was that happy with all that was made available. All of a sudden, and without warning, all of my stored studies were gone, I can't even sign in, I keep getting an error message. I have attempted to contact them several times, to no avail, and im still getting charged the $7.99 monthly fee with no way to reach anyone.

The content is fine. The customer service is horrible. You cannot manage your subscription thru the app; you must use their website. Heaven forbid you don't remember your password, because I've tried several times to get my password reset, and I've yet to get those emails to do so. So then I've tried their little "contact us" button and asked for help, and crickets. Oh, but they'll sure renew my subscription when it comes time. Can you feel my irritation?

I love having teaching right at my fingertips without having to load a DVD. I can refer back to the teaching easily and even show it to a friend. Others have downloaded the app because of this. 5 stars all the way!
