About this app

Shuttle Music is a music player for the songs on your phone and the music on your own Jellyfin, Plex or Emby server. No ads, no account with us, and one library for all of it.

Play MP3, FLAC, Opus, AAC, Ogg and more straight from your device, offline. Or sign in to your media server and stream your whole collection with its artwork and playlists.

WHY SHUTTLE

• Local and server music in one app. Your offline files and your Jellyfin, Plex or Emby library sit side by side.
• Its own library, built from your tags. Shuttle reads your files directly instead of relying on the Android Media Store, so playlists don't go missing and tags import correctly.
• Built-in Opus and FLAC decoders, so they play the same on every phone.
• A 10-band equalizer with a frequency response graph, plus ReplayGain for a steady volume between tracks and albums.
• A tag editor that edits one song or a whole album at once.

JELLYFIN, PLEX AND EMBY

Shuttle is a music client for self-hosted media servers. Add your Jellyfin or Emby server with its address and your login, or sign in to Plex with your Plex account. Browse your server's albums, artists, genres and playlists, search it, and play to your phone, your car with Android Auto, or your speakers with Chromecast.

FEATURES

• Offline music player for the files on your phone
• Stream from Jellyfin, Plex and Emby media servers
• 10-band equalizer, presets and preamp
• ReplayGain (track and album modes)
• Batch tag editor
• Android Auto
• Chromecast
• Sleep timer

FREE TRIAL, THEN UNLOCK

Shuttle Music is a paid app with a 14-day free trial of every feature. No card is needed to start. After the trial, unlock it with a one-time purchase or a low yearly plan. If you don't unlock it, playback gradually speeds up until you do.

it's a mess of the library because everything gets jumbled together into categories of songs, genres, albums, artists, and playlists. I do not see an option for folder hierarchy view so you can browse your organized mess. if you have a very small library then it might be okay. IF you have a large library, then it's like tossing thousands of files into one folder and wanting to sort through it.

Thanks, folder browsing is one of the most requested features and it's high on my list.

As long as you're willing to pay for it, this is the best offline music player out there, currently. The interface is simple and fast, playback works well. It doesn't destroy my battery life. Android Auto has everything I need, and doesn't have a ton of unnecessary stuff getting in the way. Resuming playback works properly. One little problem I do have is that it has an exclude option, but it won't exclude all of my WhatsApp media. One of them just sticks in my library.

I discovered Shuttle music player years ago and fell in love with it. It checked all the boxes that I needed/wanted. Can't say that I like how Shuttle+ was abandoned and the Bluetooth issues I have still persist, but when I saw this app I had to give it a try. Sure enough, it works flawlessly. Paid for it on day 4. Thank you for your hard work!

Shuttle+ wasn't intentionally abandoned, I just started woking on S2 and it turns out that one hobby project is more than enough when you have other commitments. Thanks for your support, glad you're enjoying the app
