The app has become extremely frustrating to use. It constantly asks me to change my password and rarely keeps me logged in, so I have to go through passkey verification almost every time I open it. More importantly, the “Notes for Care Team” section has suddenly disappeared. I used this section regularly to read important daily updates from my care team, and now I cannot find those updates anywhere in the app. Please fix the repeated login issues and bring back the care team notes.

Once you are an established patient with Wellstar health, you can easily setup the app, once you put your birthday and email address into the app, you will get all your health treatment history from Wellstar, plus any messages or upcoming appointments. I have used a bunch of apps, but this one is a very secure one So don't be shy about using it for your health issues.

I seemed to have lost a lot of my information because I could not log in. Everytime I tried to log in, I would get a message about try again password or log in does not work. I had the same passwords for all accounts, and I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall the app and change the password. After doing that, I seemed to have lost 3 accounts. It worked fine until this last update
