The app is broken and has been for 2 days. You get the "Error! Oops! Something went wrong!" message when loading the home screen, or when searching for a shoe. And recent sales are no longer listed in Open, nor Completed sales list. Credits are still in Pending at least but the app is currently broken. I'm fully updated too. If you can get past any of these errors eventually you'll get the 3 dots flashing forever and loading the next page.

Once again the app is dead. I no longer have access to my inventory so I can't make adjustments and I'm not able to add new inventory. When clicking on the product I get an error message. If something sells I hope Goat is ready to let the buyer know that the item is not available due to technical issues with their app. 🤷‍♂️

I would let everyone who sells on the app. Customer service is not the greatest. You can't call someone for help and when you send an email. You get emailed back 16 hours later. Then, when you respond, it's another 20 hours. 50/50 if your problem gets fixed. The app had me set up for bulk shipping . Then, the next day, when I checked, it removed bulk shipping. This is after I sent it. So now they don't know where my $350 14m shoe is. It's a nightmare. 😊
