Hi,
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. This issue you are facing is due to the MIUI update to 10.0.2.0 which does not allow lock screen notifications. Some of Mi’s own apps also do not display the lock screen controls. Please contact Mi support regarding this issue which is being experienced only on Mi devices.
