The Breath Sphere is a breathing coach built around a single, beautiful idea: follow the circle, calm your mind.
At the center of the app is an animated sphere that gently expands and contracts, leading you through inhale, hold, and exhale phases at a pace you can actually follow. No complicated menus, no account setup, no internet connection required. Just open it and breathe.
Several breathing patterns are available out of the box — box breathing, 4-7-8, and others — each designed for a different moment: before a meeting, after a long commute, or at the end of a difficult day. You can also adjust the timing of each phase to find what works for your body.
The interface is intentionally minimal. A soft background, a pulsing circle, and a quiet rhythm. Everything is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Works offline, always. No registration, no subscriptions, no ads.
