RYDR turns your smart trainer into a controller. Your watts are the joystick.
This is RYDR for your phone. It pairs with your trainer over Bluetooth, records the ride, and shows you where the effort lands against every other rider. RYDR's game library — where your watts drive a car or a bike instead of a number — plays in the browser at play.rydr.gg, on the same account.
RECORD A RIDE
Connect over Bluetooth and RYDR reads power, cadence and heart rate straight from your trainer and sensors. Watch the watts land live on a rolling graph, with elapsed and moving time, average and peak power, your best 20-second effort, and total work in kilojoules.
Kilojoules are the board. Ride as long and as hard as you like — both count, so there is no window to time your effort to and no reason to hold back at the wrong moment. When you are done, save it.
SEE WHERE IT LANDS
Every saved ride is scored the moment it is submitted. A personal best, a podium place or an outright record shows up on the community feed as a claim, alongside what every other rider has been doing.
A feed card is a permanent record of a moment. The standing it describes keeps moving — so each card carries a strip showing what has happened to that effort since, including who has since beaten it.
YOUR NUMBERS
Your own rides and totals live in one place, so you can see the shape of your training rather than only your last session.
GET TOLD WHEN IT MATTERS
Turn on notifications and RYDR tells you when someone beats one of your scores. It is optional, asked for once, and declining it changes nothing else in the app.
WHAT YOU NEED
• A Bluetooth LE smart trainer that speaks the standard FTMS profile. This is the app's core — without a trainer there is nothing to record. Heart-rate straps and cadence sensors are read too, if you have them.
• An invite code. RYDR is in closed beta and invite only. There are no passwords: enter your email and we send you a six-digit code.
RYDR is free during the beta. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads.
