"The app itself is great with plenty of enjoyable series to watch. However, my biggest issue is with canceling the VIP membership. I sent an email requesting to cancel my subscription, and the support team asked for my Member ID and name to process it. I sent them the details as requested, but it has been 3 weeks now with no response or updates, and my account is still being charged for the membership. Very disappointing customer service!"
