If you are seeing us as you have experienced neck, back, shoulder, knee or joint pain, or have suffered an injury through sports or accident that has impacted your function or quality of life, our physiotherapists use this app as a key part of your treatment plan.

- Ability to download and view your exercises offline if needed
- Track your progress in the app and access in-app reminders to ensure that you complete your personalised plan helping you to get back to doing what you love

Completing exercises is smoother: quick complete works for more programs, a new screen marks finishing all your exercises, and you can give session feedback from the home screen. Videos have a refreshed player. We also fixed the app closing when opening email or notification settings, PDFs not opening on some devices, the dialer not opening in intake emergencies, and other small issues.
