It's one thing to be 'the cheap airline.' It's a completely separate thing to be so bare bones that when (not if) something goes wrong you screw over your guests. I had a connecting flight (NC,MD,FL) that was pushed back multiple times until it was outright canceled, leaving an entire planes worth of people having to find last minute accommodations. And I know there was more you could have done because someone who was supposed to be on the plane booked a ticket with a rival company and made it.

Just awful. There is NO WAY to avoid using this terrible app, and at times it forces you to add upgrades/apply for their stupid credit card in order to proceed through the booking steps. I am signed up to earn miles for trips, but for some insane reason, my mileage number never seems to attach to the flights I pay for. This seems like something that you'd be able to fix in the app, but when I try to add the details manually, I get an error message. This has happened despite multiple attempts.

it's a lot more work than other airlines. Everything costs extra, never ending suggestions to upgrade assorted things. you don't get a comfortable feeling that everything is ready. And not being able to get a boarding pass without junking up your phone with an app is just wrong. Next time, I'll pay a little more to go with an easier airline.,.....................................................,......................................................................................................
