the app doesn't sync with the scale. I tried re-installing but I couldn't remember my user/password. When I tried to go through the forgot password process, it will not advance. the Next button stays grayed out no matter what so I can't proceed. overall I don't find this tracks anything better than my preferred app, but my insurance makes me use this one. it does feel a little violating that my insurance gets to see every detail of my health in real time or they can cancel my coverage.

I think it's really good. However, there are so many things to log into the app, it seems It takes longer to log my food into the app that it has become extremely frustrating.I reached out to support. After they reset my password, I was able to log in. I moved the app to my tablet because it takes too long to log items in. I would not recommend this app.

I have been using this app to log and track daily intake such as calories and protein. It was recently updated and the tab to log food in the daily log book was deleted. This takes away one of the best resources and conveniences of the app. For instance it had a barcode scanner for quick reference and recording of food items.
