About this app

Spck Editor Lite brings code editing, Git, and project previews to your iPhone or iPad. A one-time app purchase includes local editing tools, custom snippets, a predictive symbol keyboard, and pull request management. No Spck account or subscription is required for these included features.

Remote editing is available separately and requires a Spck account and an active paid Spck subscription. It is not included in the one-time Lite purchase.

Included with Your Lite Purchase
- Custom Snippets — create reusable code templates with tab stops and placeholders, organized by language.
- Predictive Keyboard — get context-aware symbol suggestions based on your language and cursor position, with fewer long presses.
- Command Palette — quickly find and run editor actions.
- Exclusive Neon Theme — give your editor vibrant colors with Lite's Neon theme.
- Exclusive Flow Background — personalize your workspace with an animated background.
- Enhanced Git Integration — manage pull requests and inspect changed files and commit diffs.

Professional Git Workflow
Clone repositories, commit, push, pull, manage branches, merge changes, and browse history without leaving the editor. Connect to GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or other compatible Git remotes using your provider credentials.

Create and browse pull requests for GitHub.com, GitLab.com, Bitbucket Cloud, and Azure DevOps. Inspect changed files in read-only diffs, then merge or close requests, subject to your provider's permissions and branch rules. Pull request management is included with Lite's one-time purchase.

Inspect files changed in a commit, compare committed versions, and resolve working-file merge conflicts with Accept Current, Accept Incoming, or Accept Both.

Code Editing Built for Mobile
- Code completion for JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS
- Context-sensitive hints and inline documentation
- Syntax validation for supported languages
- Syntax highlighting and keyword completion across multiple languages
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript snippets
- Touch keyboard tools for symbols, cursor movement, and common editing actions
- Project-wide search with file filters
- Local project editing, web previews, and an integrated JavaScript console
- Light and dark themes

Remote Projects — Separate Subscription Required
Edit projects located on your desktop or a public VM through Spck CLI. Browse and edit files on the connected machine, use its terminal, run your development server, and preview it in the app through Browser Proxy.

Remote Projects require a Spck account and an active paid Spck subscription, in addition to the Lite app purchase. Run Spck CLI on the machine containing your project and connect from Lite. Your subscription helps cover the ongoing cost of hosting, running, and maintaining Spck's relay servers.

Choose Lite for its included local editing and Git tools with a one-time purchase. Add a Spck subscription when you want to work on projects hosted on another machine.
