A sheet of washi — the mulberry paper of Japanese poem cards — with maple leaves pressed into it and flakes of gold and silver leaf scattered across the surface. Bands of dyed paper drift through the dial the way they do on a real poem card, and every leaf is a different one.

🍂 FALLING LEAVES
A maple leaf drifts down across the dial, turning as it falls. The leaves are cut from the paper of this very dial, so the one falling past is the same leaf that is pressed into it. Switch the effect off if you prefer the dial still.

Choose sweeping lacquer hands, or a large stacked digital time. The date window belongs to the dial and stays filled in both.

🕐 FOLLOWS YOUR WATCH
The digital time reads your watch's own 12 or 24 hour setting. A 24 hour watch gets a 24 hour face, with no AM/PM in the way.

🎨 FOUR PAPERS, THREE HANDS

- Hands: sumi black, tamenuri brown, blue black
