Knee Replacement and ACL Recovery
Physical therapy after knee replacement helps restore range of motion, strength and function. Curovate guides you through each stage of total knee replacement recovery with daily exercises and range of motion tracking. After an ACL injury or ACL reconstruction, follow an ACL rehab program built on published rehabilitation protocols, from the first days after surgery through return to activity.

Back Pain and Core Exercises
Our new core stabilization program offers progressive core exercises and back strengthening exercises for lower back pain, designed by a licensed Physical Therapist.

Balance Training at Home
Test your standing balance using your phone, then follow balance training exercises to help you feel steadier and more confident on your feet.

Hip Replacement, Knee Arthritis and Prehab
Recovering from hip replacement, managing knee osteoarthritis, or preparing for surgery? Curovate offers gentle, progressive physical therapy exercises and prehab programs to build strength and range of motion at home.
