Take control of your blood glucose with practical, doctor-led guidance you can use every day.

Defeat Diabetes is an evidence-based program created by Dr Peter Brukner OAM alongside a team of doctors, dietitians and health professionals. It helps people with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes understand how food affects blood glucose and make sustainable changes without complicated rules or the traditional diet mindset.

Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed or have been managing type 2 diabetes for years, Defeat Diabetes gives you a clear, step-by-step approach to improving your health.
