Join 3.5 million customers using Flex. Split your rent into 2 payments—the first when it's due, the second on a date you choose during the month. When unexpected expenses hit, Flex gives you breathing room, whether you're paid weekly, biweekly, or have variable income. Your landlord or property gets paid upfront.

Help build your credit history with on-time payments. Still have money left over on the 1st.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Apply for Flex. If approved, set up your address and choose your payment schedule.
2. Your rent gets paid in full to your landlord or property.
3. You split rent payments in 2: half when rent is due, half before the end of the month.

BUILD CREDIT FOR PAYING RENT
Your on-time payments are reported to all major credit bureaus at no extra cost, so the rent you already pay can help to build credit history.

FAQs
- Can I pay rent, or my bills, in installments? Yes. One payment when your rent is due, a second later in the month, on a schedule you choose.
- Is Flex a loan? No. Flex provides a line of credit through its bank partners, not a loan.
- Does Flex report to credit bureaus? When turned on, on-time payments are reported to TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax, which helps build your credit history, included free with your Flex membership.
