Flipper Christmas Watch Face

A split-flap flip clock set in a snowy Christmas wreath.

The hours and minutes turn on glossy flip cards edged in snow, with a Santa hat hung on the corner, the weekday and date on a bar beneath with the day number on a red hard candy and the month on a candy-cane plaque. A seconds dial counts the minute out beside them - switch it off if you would rather have the quiet face.

Around the rim, two sugar-glass gauges lit from behind track your step goal above and battery below, each with a 0-100 scale and a fine needle. Four windows carry steps, chance of rain, unread notifications and heart rate, captioned in raised gold on a velvet ribbon. The centre is a snowy night with a lit tree and presents, with the current temperature and a weather glyph on it.

THE LOOK

The wreath is fir needles in five greens, dusted with snow and strung with warm fairy lights and red berries. Snow lies in a soft ridge round every window.

SETTINGS

Flip clock and date colour: slate (pine green), black or white. The four data windows follow it.

Gauge colour: gold, white, orange, red, purple, blue or green.

Clock size: standard, or maximum to fill the flip cards.

Seconds dial: on or off.

Weather: show or hide the temperature and weather icon.

Temperature units: follow your phone, Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Time format follows your watch's own 12/24-hour setting. Weather readings need weather on your watch; until it arrives they show dashes.
