A precision sports instrument in deep blue: a large digital time in the middle of a machined dial, with a three-day forecast above it, four readings set in the ring and your steps below.
The time runs across the centre in bright white digits with a silver lower edge, so wide that its ends slip under the ring. The weekday and date sit just beneath it. Hours always show two digits, and the clock follows your watch's own 12/24-hour setting.
Above the time, three columns give today, tomorrow and the day after, each with the day's name, a weather icon - clear, partly cloudy, cloudy, rain, snow, storm or fog - and the high and low temperature. Today's name is picked out in the accent colour.
Four readings sit in the ring between the hour markers, each a large value along the ring with its label curving inside it. At ten and two are steps and heart rate, or unread notifications or the chance of rain if you prefer. Either side of six are the battery and your heart rate. Under a printed route at the bottom, the steps you have taken today.
The ring is built like a dive instrument: applied silver markers with a triangle at twelve, a minute track with two painted copper sections, a 24-hour scale and a fine outer scale. Behind the time, the ground is lit from the middle with soft rays. A short mark in the accent colour steps round the minute track to count the seconds.
Five themes share the same dial: Blue, Carbon (black with orange), Forest (deep green with lime), Burgundy (with gold) and Titanium (grey with red).
Always-on is a separate dark frame: the hour markers and minute marks dimmed, with the time and date over them.
